Independent travel experts creating unforgettable holidays

Getting to know you

Our service begins with a conversation, either by telephone, video appointment or face to face at our office.

We work by appointment so you have our undivided attention and we can focus entirely on understanding your holiday needs.

During our first conversation, we will talk through the type of holiday experience you want to create. Perhaps it is a relaxing family beach escape, a Canadian road trip, a luxury cruise, an African Safari, meeting The Gorillas ‘in the mist’ in Uganda or a special celebration such a milestone birthday, anniversary or honeymoon.

We will discuss your travel dates, your expectations, your priorities and your budget, allowing us to recommend the options we believe offer the best experience and value for you.

We are not a traditional high street travel agency with fixed opening hours. At Impress Travel we offer appointments seven days a week, including evening, allowing us to work around your availability and lifestyle.
