Hello, I’m Ewa James, founder of Impress Travel. We are an independent travel agency built around care, personal connection and the creation of unforgettable experiences. Supported by a trusted team of travel professionals, I offer a truly bespoke service, tailoring every journey to reflect each client’s dreams, interests and special milestones.

Before moving into travel, I worked in primary education. That experience taught me the importance of listening carefully, understanding individual needs and paying attention to every detail. I bring those qualities to each holiday I arrange, supporting my clients from their first ideas through to their return home.

My approach combines expert knowledge, award-winning service and a genuine passion for responsible travel. In an industry increasingly shaped by automation, I believe there is still something irreplaceable about thoughtful, personal service. Our office is based in Dibden Purlieu, in the New Forest. I offer face-to-face appointments alongside video and telephone consultations, making friendly, expert travel advice accessible wherever you are.
